Samo putnici namernici I zaljubljenici u speleologiju,tek posle najave mogu posetiti VERNJIKICU I LAZAREVU PEĆINU I uživati u lepoti I čarima pećina.

Djačke ekskrzije,takodje moraju da imaju posebnu najavu za dolazak.

A do pre nekoliko godina,ovo je bio najposećeniji turistički objekat u borskoj opštini.

Pet godina je bio I Pesnički dom,književnika Srbije I Balkana.

U ovom motelu po deset dana ,pored pesnika iz Srbije,ovde su boravili pesnici iz Ukrajine,Rumunije,Švedske,Engleske,Makedonije,Republike Srpske…
